Refund policy
Our 30-Day Skin Diva Promise
We want you to love your Skin Diva Labs routine. If you’re not feeling the glow, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What’s eligible for return
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery:
- Products in their original packaging
- Lightly used products are OK (a pump or two is fine while you test the formula)
- Gift sets and bundles, as long as they’re returned as a complete set
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items should be at least 50% full
- Items must be purchased directly from skindivalabs.com
What’s not eligible
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that are more than 50% used or nearly empty
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items
How to start a return
We try to keep returns simple and stress-free.
- Email our customer care team at glow@skindivalabs.com.
- Include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you’d like to return
- A short note about your experience (this helps us make your routine even better).
- We’ll reply with your next steps and, when applicable, a prepaid return label and return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (for example, on gifts or special promotions). We’ll always let you know your options.
Exchanges
If a product didn’t work for you but you’d like to try something else from Skin Diva Labs, email glow@skindivalabs.com and our team can help recommend a better match for your skin and discuss exchange options.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items:
- Email glow@skindivalabs.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product (if damaged).
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
International orders
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
